Changing Your Agency Password

You can change the password for your agency administrator login. You should give this password to any administrators who should have access to the supervisor function.


Note:

The multi-agency user password is not impacted by the minimum password requirements setup in Configuring Password Security Requirements.


To change your agency password

  1. Log in to Civic Platform.

  2. Select Administrator Tools > Agency Profile > Replace Password.

    Civic Platform displays the Replace Password page.



  3. Update the fields as described in Table 1.

  4. Click Submit.

    Civic Platform saves the password and returns you to the main menu.

    Table 1. Password Replacement Details
    Agency Code The agency code.
    User Id The current user’s identification code.
    New Password The new password.
    Confirm New Password The new password again.
